How your order ships, and how returns work for each product category.
Every order ships free of charge anywhere in the contiguous United States. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase and typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
All shipments are fully insured in transit. Most pieces arrive ready to use or assemble in about 30 minutes with the included tool — no special equipment required. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Glider and rocking chair orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with all parts and hardware included.
To arrange a return, please contact us — our team will issue a return label together with step-by-step instructions. Once the item arrives back at our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For dining chairs, lounge chairs and bar stools, return eligibility and conditions are assessed on a per-order basis. Please contact our team before sending anything back — we will confirm the applicable return terms, timelines and any associated costs, and guide you through the process.
Returns sent without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.
